目前羅得勝律師專辦商業及雇主相關訴訟、 判決執行、債務執行、及其他相關民事糾紛業務。
羅得勝律師在加州大學爾灣分校取得政治學學士學位，之後於2004年在聖地牙哥大學法學院取得法律博士。羅得勝律師具有加州律師執照及聯邦法院加州中區及南區出庭律師資格。
Victor Russame is an experienced attorney who brings a diverse spectrum of legal skills and experience to the Law Offices of Sam X.J. Wu. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Russame practiced at several civil litigation firms where he gained extensive experience representing clients in litigation before state and federal courts in matters involving insurance defense, real property and contract disputes, medical malpractice defense, and workers’ compensation defense. In addition, Mr. Russame also practiced at a shareholder rights firm where he represented individual and institutional investors in shareholder derivative actions, securities class actions, and mergers and acquisitions cases.
Currently, Mr. Russame focuses his practice on business and employer-related litigation, enforcement of judgments and debts, as well as a variety of other related civil disputes.
Mr. Russame graduated from the University of California, Irvine and obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from University of San Diego School of Law in 2004. Mr. Russame is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California as well as the U.S. District Court, Central and Southern District of California.
